Fee Payment Terms
- Application fee must be paid through online mode only (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI)
- Fee payment is the final step of application submission
- Application will be considered complete only after successful fee payment
- In case of payment failure, candidates must complete payment within the stipulated time
- Any transaction charges levied by banks/payment gateways shall be borne by the candidate
- GST and other applicable taxes are included in the fee amount

5. Document Requirements
Candidates must upload the following documents:
- Recent passport-size photograph (white/light background, 100-200 KB)
- Scanned signature (black ink, 50-100 KB)
- Left thumb impression (blue/black ink, 50-100 KB)
- Educational certificates (PDF, max 1 MB each)
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Experience certificates (if applicable)
Note: Uploading fake/forged documents will lead to immediate disqualification and may attract legal action.
6. Examination Rules
- Admit cards must be downloaded from the portal before the examination date
- Candidates must carry valid photo ID proof along with admit card
- Use of electronic devices, calculators, or any unfair means is strictly prohibited
- impersonation or malpractices will lead to disqualification and legal action
- Results will be published on the portal and communicated via registered email/SMS
- The Bank reserves the right to cancel/modify the examination schedule
7. Selection Process
- Selection will be based on merit as per the criteria specified in the recruitment notification
- The Bank reserves the right to fix minimum qualifying marks
- Document verification is mandatory before final appointment
- Medical fitness certificate may be required as per Bank's standards
- Selected candidates may be posted at any branch/office as per Bank's requirement
8. Reservation Policy
- Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD will be as per Government of India guidelines
- Category certificates must be valid and issued by competent authority
- Creamy Layer status will be verified for OBC candidates
- Relaxation in age and qualifications will be as per applicable rules

10. Code of Conduct
- Candidates must maintain decorum during all stages of recruitment

13. Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bettiah, Bihar
- Disputes shall be governed by the laws of India
- Arbitration may be pursued as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
14. Modifications
- The Bank reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Portal
- Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms
